Masco is seeking digital and social media specialists to join our eBusiness team located in suburban Atlanta, Georgia. The Social Media Specialist is part of Masco's new eBusiness group and is responsible for supporting corporate eBusiness initiatives as well as Masco Operation Companies with best-in-class digital and social media programs. As the Social Media Specialist you will serve as a primary liaison to Masco Operation Companies, providing expert counsel and best practices relative to digital and social initiatives. You will also help architect strategy and experiences at the Corporate level that will serve to foster brand engagement.

Essential duties & responsibilities include the following:
. Manage social projects and campaigns facilitated by Masco Corporate including digital and/or social builds.
. Serve as day-to-day liaison for Masco Operating Companies, providing strategic guidance and support for social and digital initiatives.
. Partner directly with internal resources, agencies and vendors to ensure quality, consistency and timeliness across projects and/or programs.
. Monitor digital and social trends, working with the collective team to identify and define areas of opportunity.
. Establish Key Performance Indicators for each project or campaign that aligns with business objectives; works with Social Media Analyst to measure and report on performance.
. Help implement and manage enterprise level tools and solutions.
. Provide thought leadership by authoring presentations, guidelines, best practices and case studies.

Qualifications include but are not limited to:
. Bachelors degree (BA/BS) in Marketing, New Media, Communications or similar.
. Minimum 2 years relevant work experience with direct involvement managing digital and/or social builds (applications, websites).
. Demonstrated experience working with clients and/or cross-functional teams preferred.
. Proven understanding of social and digital technology.
Collaborative spirit with strong project and relationship management skills.
. Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills with strong editorial sensibilities.
. Proven ability to prioritize and multitask independently.
Demonstrated understanding of web, mobile and application development.
. Prior experience with web analytics and tracking, social listening tools, social management platforms and content management systems a plus.
. Prior experience successfully working with multiple geographically dispersed teams.
. Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong sense of ownership, urgency and follow through.
