SRS Real Estate Partners has selected new market leaders for its Dallas-Fort Worth office, a Dallas CBRE exec gets promoted to a national post, and Hart Advisors Group hires two in this week?s Personnel Moves.

Ryan Johnson

??SRS Real Estate Partners has tapped Mark Reeder and Ryan Johnson to co-lead its Dallas-Fort Worth office. The replace Frank Bullock, former executive vice president and market leader, who left to pursue other interests.

SRS says the duo was selected ?as part of an aggressive growth strategy that will focus on further enhancing and expanding SRS? reach in the Dallas-Fort Worth market.? That includes recruiting qualified brokers to work at the firm, which focuses exclusively on retail real estate.
Reeder has been with SRS since 2000 and is a perennial top producer for the firm. He concentrates on national retailer and restaurant dispositions, as well as tenant representation locally. Clients include Brinker, Target, Toys?R?Us, Corner Bakery, Haverty?s, Justice, Steak ?N Shake, and Kroger.

Johnson, who has been with SRS since 2004, also specializes in disposition services and tenant representation. National retailer clients include Carter?s, AutoNation, and Family Christian Stores.?Johnson has executed expansion plans for retailers such as Toys?R?Us, Corner Bakery, Amegy Bank, and Haverty?s, and portfolio disposition Target, Steak ?N Shake, Kroger, and other clients.

Ed Schreyer

??CBRE Group Inc. today announced that Ed Schreyer has been promoted to president of agency brokerage and asset services for the Americas. In his new position, he?ll direct CBRE?s commercial real estate management services in the Americas while also continuing to lead the firm?s Agency Brokerage practice.

He?ll continue to work out of the company?s Dallas office.

Tony Long, president of CBRE Global Asset Services, said Schreyer?s new mission will advance the firm?s strategy of more closely aligning property management and leasing professionals.

Schreyer has been with CBRE for 23 years. He?ll report to Long and Cal Frese, CEO, Americas, CBRE. The appointment is effective immediately. Grayson Gill will continue in his role as chief operating officer for the Asset Services business line.

Michael Mogull

Andy Dunlap

??Dallas-based Hart Advisors Group is expanding its ranks with the hiring of Michael Mogull as principal and director of business development and Andy Dunlap as vice president of business development. The firm specializes in representing borrowers of CMBS and structured finance loans.

Mogull will operate out of Hart?s Miami?s office. he previously was founder of the Mogull Group and held positions with Toll Brothers and Keystone Capital.

Dunlap will be based in Dallas and specialize in CMBS loan restructures and assumption facilitation. He previously worked in the investment advisory services division of The Weitzman Group and held positions with Cencor Realty Serivces and 1st Service Solutions.
